"Complete clear instructions were emailed to Taxicode more than 72 hours in advance of this simple booking.
1 Driver was very late in total 25 for the first pick up; 15 minutes for the 2nd pick up(the driver had the wrong post code)
2 I provided the driver with the exact location details however he did not go to the correct pick up point.
3 Driver was passed important contact details along with the correct mobile contact numbers but he was using the wrong contact number.
